Trampolines
For use in the home as fitness equipment there are
lots of small indoor trampolines that you can buy online that are
often also called trampettes or joggers. A mini trampoline or trampette
is a great addition to your fitness equipment and they are also
fun to use, there are all kinds of work-outs that you can do on
them and they usually come with lots of suggestions or a DVD. Some
also have a large framed bar with hand grips that you can hold onto
while you use the trampoline or trampette which is great for beginners
or particularly difficult exercises.
As well as the small indoor trampolines there are
also large indoor trampolines that you can buy online, these are
like the ones you would find in a gym and are not cheap. You also
need to make sure that you have space for such large trampolines
as they are very large but they are the ultimate in home trampolining
so if you have the space and the money there is no better indoor
trampoline that you can buy.
